Faircloth Real Estate Group is a woman owned business specializing in relocation and new construction in South Carolina (and very soon North Carolina) as well as buyer & seller services. 

Our "outside of the box" mentality has served our clients well. We believe that people come first. 

Our goal is to create lasting real estate relationships based on trust, honesty, professionalism, and integrity. We are removing that too often found sense of entitlement and making good things happen for other people. 

The Broker-In-Charge

Lindsay Faircloth is the Owner and Broker-In-Charge of Faircloth Real Estate Group. Lindsay brings nearly 20 years of experience and has lived at the beach for more than 10 years after relocating from Michigan. She is a Certified New Home Specialist, Residential Construction Certified and e-Pro Certified. 

Lindsay loves animals and owns a French Bulldog named Wrigley. She loves college and NBA basketball specifically UNC Tarheels, Charlotte Hornets, and the Golden State Warriors. She also loves baseball (Go Cubs Go!) and is an avid cook with a focus on fresh local ingredients.
